Joana Bernardo and Andreia Oliveira Ferreira will be speaking at the session “Lobbying Law for Companies”, part of the Advocatus Summit Talks taking place at the ECO Studio in Lisbon.

The talk will examine the practical implications of the forthcoming lobbying regulation in Portugal, at a time when pressure is mounting to strengthen transparency mechanisms in the relationship between companies, policymakers and stakeholders. The discussion aims to clarify the main compliance, regulatory and governance challenges associated with the new legislation, with a particular focus on the obligations of companies and their representatives.
