José Pedro Fazenda Martins (partner) participates as guest speaker at the congress “20 years of the Transferable Securities Code”, hosted by the Private Law Investigation Centre.
The partner leads the module on “Product Governance and Product Intervention” at this congress which takes place on December 5th and 6th at Lisbon University Law Faculty.
