  • negotiation of procurement procedures and definition of public policies regarding privacy, cybersecurity and critical infrastructure
  • implementation of whistleblowing, hotline and due diligence procedures under the scope of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
