Inês Villar
Inês Villar rejoined VdA in 2025. She is a senior associate in the Social Economy & Human Rights practice where she provides legal assistance to several third sector organisations and foundations, participating in their process of incorporation and dissolution and preparation of corporate documents. She also actively contributes to the development of policies promoting and defending corporate human rights and inclusion & diversity, as well as due diligence processes related to human rights and social matters in the corporate context.
Law degree Lisbon Nova University School of Law.
LLM International and European Law - International and Human Rights, Tilburg University.
Before joining the firm she worked as a sustainability project manager at Fidelidade – Companhia de Seguros.
Between 2018 and 2023, she was a trainee and associate in the Social Economy & Human Rights and Corporate Services areas of practices at Vieira de Almeida & Associados.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
