WhatNext.Law has attributed in the scope of the Call for Scholarships program, a research scholarship to Thaís Ferreira, student of the Master in Law and Technology of NOVA School of Law.
In her thesis, dedicated to the topic of future cities, online platforms and the strategic monitoring of users, the researcher will try to answer questions related to the legality of the use of those mechanisms, its legal framework and the challenges raised in that context.
