A growingly international academy

One thousand and five hundred hours of training for lawyers and support staff, three awards, 95 scholarships for external training, eight scholarships and sabbatical licenses for post-graduate studies are some of the news and data reported at VdAcademia 2012 report in which VdA's training association gives account of all its activity along 2012.

During last year VdAcademia has established itself as a certified training association in legal studies both at an internal and external level. VdAcademia has also deepened its connection to the academic world by, among other initiatives, sponsoring and participating in the first National Moot Courts which were organized by the Nova University of Lisbon Faculty of Law' Students Association and, alongside VdAcademia, was also sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vodafone.

2012 was also the year of VdAcademia's two-pronged expansion abroad through the creation of an International Traineeship and an International Award which caught the attention of both candidates and press.
