VdA has once again been recognised as the best company to work for in the legal sector, in the 2nd edition of the Merco University Talent ranking, and has also been included among the 100 best companies to work for in Portugal.

The ranking, developed by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (MERCO), is based on responses from Portuguese university students and assesses factors such as salary expectations, students’ preferences when choosing employers, work–life balance policies, and the impact of these policies on employees’ personal, family and professional wellbeing.

This distinction further reinforces VdA’s position as a benchmark in the legal sector, recognised not only for its technical excellence but also for its consistent commitment to people and talent development.

The awards ceremony took place on 5 February, in Paço de Arcos.
