1st Edition of the VdA Academy Case Challenge
The VdA Academy, the first academy created by a law firm in Portugal and the only one certificated by DGERT in legal formation, management and soft skills, organizes this year the 1st edition of the VdA Academy Case Challenge award that aims to promote the discussion, among teams of law students, in a paradigmatic and real case about an actual legal thematic, also promoting the development, in simultaneous, the legal analysis and soft skills.
Event will take place on the 26th November, from 15h00 to 18h00, in VdA’s office in Lisbon. The teams of various Law Universities are invited to debate and analyze the Google Case (TJUE Ac. C-131/12) – that consecrated the Oblivion Right – according to the actual RGPD.
