Hugo Moredo Santos is co-author of book about the governance of limited liability companies in Portuguese speaking jurisdictions

Hugo Moredo Santos, managing associate, together with other members of the Governance LAB (a corporate governance think tank), is co-author of "The governance of limited liability companies in Portuguese speaking jurisdictions" ["A governação de sociedades anónimas nos sistemas jurídicos lusófonos"].

In this book the authors discuss the key features of limited liability companies, corporate governance models and the legal status of the shareholders, management and auditing bodies in seven Portuguese speaking jurisdictions: Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Macau, Mozambique, Portugal and S. Tomé e Príncipe.
