Tiago Marreiros Moreira, Francisco Cabral Matos and João Riscado Rapoula, Partners in the Tax practice, together with André Vilaça Ferreira, have written the chapter on Portugal in the 2025 edition of Lexology In-Depth: Private Wealth and Private Client.

The publication provides a global, in-depth overview of the key legal and practical issues affecting private wealth management, with particular focus on recent developments in taxation, succession and wealth planning structures.

VdA's contribution integrates a comparative analysis of the main international jurisdictions, addressing the national legal framework in the context of private wealth management and the main issues shaping the evolution of this sector.
