The daily newspaper Jornal de Negócios writes an article on Basic Law and on the creation of a one-stop shop for the licensing of maritime activities. A current theme that was the motto of a seminar organized by Vieira de Almeida entitled "To the Ocean".

Margarida Couto and Isabel Gião de Andrade, both partners at the firm, responsible for the Blueocean team were quoted. Margarida Couto states that "the sea is a strategic asset that generates opportunities without precedents" whose "uncoordinated use (...) generates conflicts and resources exploitation inefficiency", for which Isabel Gião de Andrade also agrees with the importance of an administrative organization and efficiency as a way to "not muddle, but contribute to clarify competences and procedures".
