‘Safe Harbour’
Magda Cocco, Privacy, Data Protection and Cibersecurity practice partner, writes an article entitled “Impact of ECJ’s (European Court of Justice) ‘safe harbour’ ruling on the Portuguese Data Protection Authority” for the January/February edition of Iberian Lawyer magazine.
