TMT annual report
Magda Cocco TMT’s practice partner, is quoted in the September/October edition of Iberian Lawyer, in an article within the “TMT annual report” subject.
In the “Portugal: Stock market ripples” chapter, about the opportunities in Portugal’s TMT’s sector, the partner states that “regulatory provisions and frameworks must now play catch-up with the TMT market and ensure that the new TMT status quo – with inevitable shifts in market power and in output consumers – is reflected in the regulatory framework”.
