Assunção Cristas, Co-Head of Practice Partner Environment & Climate Change Practice, will participate this Tuesday, 4 November, in the 20th edition of the Sustainability Forum, promoted by The Navigator Company, taking place at the Belém Cultural Centre in Lisbon.
Under the theme ‘The Sustainability Business Case in a Changing World’, the event brings together experts from different fields to discuss how regulatory obligations can be transformed into strategic opportunities and how sustainability can be consolidated as a factor of competitiveness.
Assunção Cristas will participate in the round table discussion ‘Expectations for the Evolution of Obligations for Large Listed Companies: Costs and Opportunities', which also features Abel Sequeira Ferreira (Association of Listed Companies) and João Moreira Rato (Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance), moderated by António Neto Alves (The Navigator Company). The panel will address the new regulatory requirements and the main challenges and opportunities for listed companies and their governing bodies.
