Magda CoccoHead of Practice Partner of Information, Communication & Technology, will take part on 13 January in the event 'Leader’s Agenda 2026 – Transforming Work: AI, Leadership and the Future of Human Work', taking place at ISEG.

The VdA Partner will join the panel 'Leading in times of AI – digital skills and culture', alongside Cristina Rodrigues (CEO, Capgemini), Jorge Gomes (Professor at ISEG) and Sílvia Nunes (Senior Director, Michael Page). The session will be moderated by Sandra Oliveira and Winnie Picoto, Vice-Presidents of the ISEG Alumni Económicas Leadership Council.

On the panel, Magda Cocco will offer a legal and regulatory perspective on the adoption of AI in organisations, focusing on the key tensions between harnessing AI’s potential and safeguarding workers’ rights, emerging legal risks, and the questions companies most frequently raise when integrating AI into internal processes.
