Amanda Alves Reis (Senior HR) participates as guest speaker in the professional skills development programme “Suit Up”, promoted by ELSA NOVA Lisboa, with the aim of making law students aware of what each professional environment values in a young lawyer and what they should be paying attention when preparing for a selection process, providing some tools to stand out in the labour market.

This event, divided into three modules: workshop on construction of Curriculum Vitae and Motivation Letter, Round of Flash interviews and Conversations with Recruiters, VdA will participate in module 3.0 Conversations with Recruiters, in which the Senior HR is one of the speakers who will explain what is most valued at the time of selection in a recruitment process.

The “3.0 Recruiter Conversations” module took place online on November 10th.
