VdA Academia has successfully completed a training programme in Law and Soft Skills for executives of the HBD Sustainable Tourism Group, the main economic driver of Príncipe Island.

Over several months, and in collaboration with the Labour and Public and Investigations & White Collar Practice Areas, training sessions were delivered on Labour Legislation, Public Law, Fraud Risk Management & Compliance, Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, and Team Development.

The programme concluded on 17 October with a day dedicated to team-building activities, which reinforced cohesion among employees.

In light of the results achieved, the HBD Group has launched a new training programme for its executives in Lisbon, which is already underway at VdA’s premises and will run until 6 November.

The trainers in this course included Raul Mota Cerveira (Partner of Real Estate & Planning Practice), Sandra Pedro Serrano (Learning Manager) Andreia Oliveira Ferreira (Senior Associate of Investigations & White Collar Practice), Maria Inês Gomes (Senior Learning & Development Specialist) and Marina Costa Cabral (Senior Associate of Labour Practice)
