Marco Caldeira, associate at the Public Law practice, is commentator of a text presented by Professors Borja Barragué and César Martínez under the Lisbon Conference of Social Rights, organized to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the 'Second Bill of Rights'.

The event takes place on May 19 and 20 at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
