Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA) is organizing a conference together with Aequitate and Cushman & Wakefield on "Debt & Equity: outlook on the Hospitality & Tourism industry". The seminar will be taking place on the 10 November, between 12 a.m. and 3 p.m. at VdA's premises in Lisbon.

This seminar is exclusively targeted at companies in the Hospitality & Tourism sector and will be counting with the input from VdA's lawyers from the Real Estate, Urbanism & Environment area of practice.

The conference's main aim is to address the major problems related to Hospitality & Tourism companies' debt & equity, whether the companies are presently active or are holding projects at an initial phase or a finishing phase.

Speakers will also be addressing recent occurrences and perspectives on the financial markets, as well as possible constraints to financing the sector's activity. What strategies to adopt and which instruments are at hand for restructuring the sector's debt & equity will also be approached.
