A International Tax Review, uma prestigiada publicação internacional, anunciou as shortlist das várias categorias para os prémios deste ano. A VdA foi destacada com 8 nomeações, entre as quais 7 prémios europeus, para além da nomeação a Portugal Tax Firm of the Year.
Os prémios europeus são:
- European Court of Justice Firm of the Year
- European Indirect Tax firm of the Year
- European Banking Tax deal of the year: Transfer of the Barclaycard Portuguese business and of Banco Popular’s credit and debit card business
- European Capital Markets Tax deal of the year: The Portuguese Republic’s issuance of treasury bonds
- European Energy Tax Deal of the Year: Issue of bonds by Galp Energia
- European Financial Services Tax Deal of the Year: Transfer of the Barclaycard Portuguese business and of Banco Popular’s credit and debit card business
- European Joint Venture Tax Deal of the Year: Froneri Joint Venture (R&R and Nestlé ice-cream joint venture)
A cerimónia de entrega de prémios será em Londres no próximo dia 18 de maio.
