Partner at GDA Advogados, in Mozambique. Guilherme established the firm in 2016 and actively develops his practice in the following areas: Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources (particularly Oil & Gas), and Infrastructure.

Guilherme was a member of the National Council of the Mozambican Bar Association from 2019 to 2022.
He was a lawyer and then Legal Director at Petróleos de Moçambique S.A., having held several positions on its governing bodies and provided legal assistance to the group companies. In this capacity, he participated in the drafting of the main legal instruments regulating the fuel sector, from 2006 to 2015, contributed to the preparation of corporate governance instruments, and provided training to members of the governing bodies of various state-held companies.

He holds several national and international training certificates in the fields of oil & gas, law, and management.

Law Degree, Eduardo Mondlane (UEM) University, Faculty of Law.

Post-graduation in Corporate Law, Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique (ISCTEM).

Before founding GDA Advogados, he was the General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors and Executive Commission at Petromoc – Petróleos de Moçambique, S.A.
