Joana Reis Barata is lecturing at the Postgraduate Course in Law Enforcement, Compliance and Corporate Responsibility, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP).
This session, which takes place on February 8th, is dedicated to the topic of " Corporate Searches and Seizures".
The CIDP is a research institution set up as part of the autonomous centre without legal personality of the Institute of Private Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
