Arthur Grossmann contributed to the most recent issue of the magazine "Direito das Sociedades em Revista", published by Almedina, with an article entitled "Empréstimos Participativos: uma tentativa frustrada de contribuir para a redução do sobreendividamento das empresas" (Participative loans: a failed attempt to contribute to the reduction of corporate over-indebtedness).
The article focuses on the newest form of Participative Loans created by Decree-Law no. 11/2022 of 12 January, critically analysing its legal framework and its effectiveness in the face of the economic and business challenges it aims to solve.
