Paulo Pinheiro and Ana Marta Castro contributed to the Country Comparative Guides on "Public Procurement", published by Legal 500.
The lawyers signed the chapter on Angola, in which they make a general description of the public procurement laws and regulations applicable in the country. Twenty-two questions address topics such as regulation and criteria for the publication of public contracts, procedures for awarding, budget limits for regulation, among others.
