Iñaki Carrera was invited to lecture at the IX Postgraduate Course in Arbitration Law, organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the University of Lisbon Law School.
During his session, which took place on February 17th and was entitled "The challenge to an arbitral award", Iñaki Carrera examined the intricate procedures and legal grounds involved in setting aside an arbitral award within the Portuguese legal framework.
This postgraduate course aims to provide a theoretical and practical analysis of national and international arbitration, covering both procedural and substantive aspects.
