Assunção Cristas and Hugo Moredo Santos are participating as speakers at the GC Summit Portugal event, organised by Legal 500.

With the participation of different experts from the legal sector, this event aims to promote knowledge sharing and networking between industry professionals.

The conference programme covers topics such as the evolving role of the General Counsel, the developments shaping the ESG agenda, among others. Assunção Cristas and Hugo Moredo Santos are responsible for the panel "Voluntary Carbon Markets: challenges and opportunities within the new legislation".

This panel will address the opportunities arising from the new Voluntary Carbon Markets legislation, the constraints that need to be addressed and the creation of financial products based on carbon credits.

The GC Summit Portugal takes place on 9 April from 13h00 to 19h00.
