Assunção Cristas participated as a speaker at Monaco Ocean Week, an initiative that brings together local and international experts, the scientific community and public authorities from the maritime sector to debate and share information about the marine environment and oceans preservation over the course of a week.

In this context, Assunção Cristas was invited to join the "Blue Economy Roundtable: Shipping and the Triple Crisis" and the "Ocean Philanthropy: Challenges and Solutions for Effective Ocean Conservation" panel.

Monaco Ocean Week was held from 18 to 22 March for the seventh year running, organised by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco.
