Our vast experience in providing services to these organizations allows us to advise foundations to choose the most appropriate governance model for their specific case, always taking into account the scope of activity, as well as to help private foundations secure a special regime, where warranted, more fitting for their reality (e.g., social solidarity or development cooperation foundations). We also support our clients in their mandatory dialogue with the regulator – the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – both in processes of recognition, obtaining and renewing the status of Public Interest or approval of amendments to articles of association.
