VdA Legal Partners has been shortlisted for the 2026 African Legal Awards in the African Network/Alliance of the Year category, which recognises the excellence, collaboration and impact of legal networks and alliances across Africa.

This nomination further strengthens the international recognition of VdA Legal Partners as a leading platform for advising clients across different African jurisdictions, through an approach grounded in close client relationships, in-depth knowledge of local markets and the ability to provide integrated support on complex and cross-border transactions.

GDA Advogados and PRIME Advogados have also been shortlisted. GDA is nominated for African Law Firm of the Year – East Africa, while Guilherme Daniel, Managing Partner, is in the running for Partner of the Year – East Africa. PRIME Advogados is shortlisted for Capital Markets Team of the Year.

The awards ceremony will take place on 4 September 2026 at The Wanderers Club in Johannesburg.
