"After all, is it or not private what is published on Facebook?"
Tiago Piló, Employment & Benefits practice managing associate, is interviewed by the weekly Portuguese newspaper Expresso, on the difficulty that results from the perception of the border between the professional and the private spheres on social networks.
"Who wants to keep what they say in private, does not say it on Facebook," states Tiago Piló.
