On legal dismissals
Jornal de Negócios newspaper, in its 15th September edition, dedicates an article to PSD’s constitutional revision proposition, namely in what regards dismissals. Vieira de Almeida & Associados’ partner Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira, underlined to the newspaper the fact that the revision aims at “turning a constitutional issue into a legal one”.
