Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira, partner responsible for VdAcademy, is quoted in the Portuguese daily newspaper Jornal de Negócios in an article that addresses the issue of the Parliament's refusal to accept applicants who have only the degree of Bologna.

It is a "complete diminishing certificate," states the partner.
