Nuno Ruiz talks to Público newspaper
Nuno Ruiz, partner at VdA, talked to Público newspaper amidst the present discussion around the concession of the public broadcasting service to a private entity. 'I don't see any problem in allowing the concession of a public service. We are not talking about a political service. The question is whether or not competition rules are abided,' says the head of the firm's Competition & EU practice.
