Training programme on Competition Law
Miguel Mendes Pereira, Competition & EU practice partner, is speaker at the training programme at the Centre for Judicial Studies, January 29.
The partner's intervention theme is "The prospective analysis in merger control proceedings before the national courts and the European Union: the burden and standard of proof".
The training programme's target public are judges and magistrates of the Prosecutors Office, lawyers and other forensic professionals. The programme will be held at the Centre for Judicial Studies Auditorium, January 29 and 30.
