 ansparency Directive set for 7 June 2026\, organisations must prepare for 
 a new set of obligations that will have a direct impact on human resources
  management practices. \n\nThis session\, organised by VdA’s Labour Prac
 tice Area\, will present the practical implications of the Directive and t
 he strategies that will enable companies to comply with the new legal requ
 irements and turn pay transparency into a competitive advantage. \n\nThe r
 ound-table discussion will feature Carla Tavares\, former Chair of CITE 
 – Commission for Equality in Work and Employment\, Pedro Costa\, Directo
 r of the Porto Local Centre of ACT – Authority for Working Conditions\, 
 and José Sintra\, Head of People Strategy at VdA. \n\n*This event will be
