Christelle Chatue-Tchidjou

Christelle joins VdA in 2018. International Advisor of the OHADA Jurisdictions practice area.

She has developed her activity on Litigation Management, namely in matters such as Labour and Commercial Law, also accompanying executive proceedings and advising some of the leading clients in the sector of the provision of services to oil companies.

Master’s Degree in Business Law, Tax Business Law, Faculty of Law, University of Lille 2 (France).

Certificate of Competence for the practice as a lawyer (CAPA) by Ixad de Lille (France).

Post-graduation as OHADA Lawyer by the University of Paris Assas and Paris 13.

Assistant of the module on Companies in Difficulty Law in the University Institute of Technology (IUT) “Legal Careers” in the University of Rouen (France).

Prior to joining the firm, Christelle worked as an associate lawyer at the law firm DALION DUBOC where she was responsible for managing the clients portfolio with respect to the incorporation of companies or subsidiaries, the change of managers, the increase in share capital, the assignment of quotas and the annual approval of the companies’ financial statements, as well as for accompanying the drafting of documents relating to the transfer of commercial establishments and commercial leases.

She was also an associate in the law firm SCP LEMIEGRE and defended, before the Labour Court, the French subsidiary of the world leader in the agri-food sector, also advising on work accidents issues and representing the dockers of the Port of Rouen, exposed to asbestos, within the scope of a collective action for the recognition of their loss.
