Francisco Campos Braz

Francisco Campos Braz joined VdA in 2019. He is Senior Associate at the Oil&Gas area of practice with strong ties to the Equatorial Guinean jurisdiction, where he has advised and assisted, in particular, international oil companies in the incorporation, registration and closure of local entities and branches, labour proceedings and collective dismissals, local content requirements, among other matters.

Law degree, Lisbon NOVA University, Faculty of Law.

Masters in Public Law, Lisbon NOVA University, Faculty of Law.

Post-graduation in Sports Law at Catholic University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law.

Before joining the firm he worked as a Consultant at Miranda & Associados, where he accumulated 10 years of experience dealing with Equatorial Guinea-related matters, with particular focus in the areas of oil and gas, construction, corporate, employment, litigation, OHADA, foreign investment.

World Bank’s Doing Business project contributor for Equatorial Guinea since 2011.

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
