Marta Flores da Silva joined VdA in 2018. She is a Senior Associate integrated in the Competition & EU area of practice.
She has been active in several operations, particularly in cases of practices restricting competition, abuse of a dominant position, concentration and state aid, mostly in the electronic communications, energy, banking and financial sectors.

Post-graduation in European Law, Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne - Collège des Hautes Études Européennes Miguel Servet.
Post-graduation in Telecommunications Law, University of Lisbon, Faculty of Law.
Master of Laws in European Law, College of Europe, Bruges.
Before joining the firm worked as Associate Lawyer at Cuatrecasas, in the Department of Competition and European Law (2012-2018).
Previously, she worked for the Antitrust & Competition Department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels, and for the Department of Competition and Regulation Law at SRS Advogados, where she completed her internship.
