Ana Festas Henriques joined VdA in 2017. She is an Associate at the Information, Communication & Technology practice where she has been involved in several transactions, namely focused on information technologies, electronic communications, outsourcing, cloud computing, emerging technologies, intellectual property, consumer, ecommerce and privacy, personal data & cyber security.

Law degree, Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon, School of Law, having studied a semester at the Navarra University, School of Law, Pamplona, Spain.

Summer Law Course at Fordham University School of Law, New York City, USA.

Master in Law (Civil and Business Law) from the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon, School of Law – Thesis “Social networks and the right of privacy”, having studied a semester at Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain – L.L.M. in International Business Law.

Tutor in "Law and Volunteering" at the Portuguese Catholic University, School of Law, Lisbon, Portugal.

Before joining the firm she worked at CCA ONTIER in the TMT & IP department as an Associate, having done a secondment at one of the largest telecom corporations in the world.

Member of the APDC (Portuguese Association of Intellectual Property Law) and member of APDI (Portuguese Association of Intellectual Law).
