In its issue of 20th April the journal "Advocatus" published an article drawing on contributions from lawyers across a number of areas. These included Frederico Gonçalves Pereira (partner responsible for the Arbitration area), Joaquim Pedro Lampreia (senior associate from the Tax area) and Joana Neves (associate from the arbitration area). The article analyses the Portuguese Association for Arbitration’s project for a new law on voluntary arbitration. It also looks at how this lawmaking initiative aims to broaden arbitration to cover tax issues.
