“Trivialize the State’s acess to the citizens bank accounts raises several doubts”
Joaquim Pedro Lampreia, Tax practice partner is questioned by Jornal Expresso on the subject of the State’s access to the citizens bank accounts.
The partner comments the theme and states “the €50k limit has no meaning in the Portuguese legislation because tax fraud is punishable [in Portugal], for example, when the illicit advantage is equal or higher then €15k.”
