Olivier Bustin (Managing International Adviser) writes an article for the publication L' Essentiel, co-authored with Sirifou Baldé on the new Gas Code recently published in Senegal.
The Managing International Adviser reviews the legislation on this sector and indicates that the next step will be the creation and implementation of the regulator, to whom the code grants a number of prerogatives that make it one of the main actors in the development of the gas sector in this country.
