Tiago Bessa, TMT practice managing associate, is speaker and moderator in a workshop about the regulation and the shared aim of affordable access to internet infrastructures, held by the “Alliance for Affordable Internet – A4AI, together with VdA.

This organisation is one of the largest world associations that promote internet access and new technologies on developing countries, gathering partners from various sectors to “provide a unified and coordinated voice in the approach of the common purpose of accessible internet in developing countries”.

The managing associate is speaker at two sessions – "Good regulation practices on the shared infraestructures – legal approach/regulatory policies", where he analyses Europe, Angola, Cape Verde, East-Timor and Portugal’s legal regime, and "Legal Regime of Shared Infrastructures in Mozambique", where he develops the ruling regime in Mozambique. Tiago Bessa also moderates the debate session.

The event takes place at October 6 in Maputo, Mozambique.
