Marco Caldeira, associate at Public law, is speaker at the Administrative Litigation course that takes place on July 3 and 4, at Direção-Geral da Qualificação dos Trabalhadores em Funções Públicas (General Directorate of Qualification of Workers in Public Functions), former Instituto Nacional de Administração (National Institute of Administration).

The aim of this course is to get to know the general framework of the administrative litigation regime, as well as to "acquire knowledge to identify and understand the main aspects of judicial organization and the rules of procedural law."
