 & Challenges for the Energy Transition’ \, which will take place on  Nov
 ember   27 \, between  9am  and  1pm \, at Porto Business School. \n\nTaxa
 tion in the energy sector has become increasingly important\, both due to 
 the introduction of new taxes and/or the revision of tax rules\, as well a
 s the impact of recent court rulings. Recognising the strategic importance
  of this sector for the Portuguese economy\, we propose an analysis of the
  current state of the art\, promoting reflection on the main challenges an
