Tiago Correia Moreira

Tiago Correia Moreira joined VdA in 2003. He is Partner at the Banking & Finance practice area.

Tiago has been involved in transactions across the banking and financial sectors, particularly in the acquisition and sale of non-performing loans and secured loans (including aeronautic financing), as well as all regulatory work pertaining to these sectors.

Tiago regularly assists clients in carrying out their activities in Portugal and abroad with domestic and foreign regulators.

Tiago is an active player in VdA’s Fintech team, advising on the financial component. He oversees matters relating to payment services, issuance of digital currency and the deployment of new technologies to the banking and financial sectors.

Magister Juris, Oxford University (Exeter College) in Finance Law and European Private Law.
