VdA nominated for Legal Business’s international award “International Office of the Year” 2010

Vieira de Almeida & Associados was one of the law firms nominated for Legal Business’s international award, “International Office of the year 2010” , which honours those international law firms that perform exceptionally in terms of their management, recruitment and staff retention policies, customer service and loyalty building and their communication strategy and image.

In addition to VdA, 6 other international law firms were nominated: Bird & Bird (Madrid), Eversheds (Paris), Latham &Watkins (Doha), Maples and Calder (Dublin), Roschier (Stockholm), and Goltsblat BLP (Moscow). The last of these was the eventual winner of the award, presented at a ceremony in London on the 11^th of February and attended by all the nominees as well as leading firms from around the world.

This award represents yet another corroboration of VdA’s standing as one of the leading players in the legal sector. This nomination from Legal Business, one of the most respected English publications in the area, places Vieira de Almeida & Associados in a select group of prestigious international firms, acknowledged for their implementation of innovative practices and quality customer services as part of their work in the area of business law.
