Margarida Saragoça, VdA’s Business Development & Clients, leads a session on Success through Innovation at IE (Instituto de Empresa)’s Lawyers’ Management Program in Madrid

Margarida Saragoça, VdA’s Business Development & Clients Director and Member of the Innovation Committee (Fórum Inovação), was invited by Instituto de Empresa (IE – Madrid) to conduct a session on “Success through Innovation” at 2016’s edition of the Lawyers’ Management Program.

This session will take place on May 26th 2016, in Madrid, and will have the participation of students from the Lawyers’ Management Program, as well as of Moray McLaren (LMP Program’s Director), Michele DeStefano (Professor at the University of Miami Law and founder of international programme LawWithoutWalls) and Elena Garrigues (head of Innovation at Garrigues).

The invitation addressed to Margarida Saragoça to represent VdA, for the second time in a row, in this executive programme on law firm management is an expression of international recognition of VdA’s innovation path.

VdA is the first and the only European Law Firm being recognized by Harvard Law School in the area of innovation, having VdA’s innovation path being twice awarded by the Financial Times, as "Most Innovative Company of Continental Europe" (2013) and in 2015, as "Game Changing Law Firm".

Given her functions at VdA as Business Development & Clients Director and as a member of the Innovation Committee, Margarida Saragoça will have the opportunity to give her testimony on the importance of Innovation at law firms, mainly in the development of new legal products, processes and business models.

Margarida Saragoça will also have the opportunity to explain the role of Innovation as a firm’s value and drive for success and the challenges it raises.
