The first Accelerated Management Course for the Telecommunications' sector managing bodies in Mozambique starts today, at Mozambique's National Communications Institute (INCM).

This accelerated course results from a partnership between Porto Business School, VdAcademia and ARCTEL and also counts with the support from the INCM and from the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community's Business Confederation (Confederação Empresarial CPLP . Its first edition took place in Lisbon in 2014. Its success led to the proposition to take it to the lusophone market, namely Mozambique.

Margarida Couto, partner at VdA, Catarina Pinto Correia and Tiago Bessa, both senior lawyers at the firm are lecturers in the course. "With lecturers coming both from the world of Management and the world of Law this accelerated course joins together a profound academic knowledge with a deep practical experience", says Paula Marques, head of Customized Solutions at Porto Business School. "Through this program we are aiming to provide a borader type of training to our members" says Filipe Batista, ARCTEL's Secretary General.
