On the 8th of April APDSI holds a seminar on the theme of “Courts in the Information Society”.
Fernando Resina da Silva, the partner who heads VdA’s Technologies and Information area, is coordinating this conference that will look at the issue of how the ongoing dematerialisation of legal proceedings may speed up the decision process, whilst also ensuring that courts operate more efficiently and transparently, and the effects this will have on the operation of the legal system as a whole.
